RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during shipping
- Product has manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong product delivered
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size/color selected by customer
- Products without quality issues or damage
Return Process
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@senzura.in
- Provide order number and clear photos/videos showing the damage or defect
- Our team will review and approve the return request
- Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse address (will be provided)
- Product must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs from your location to our warehouse will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product
- If the damage/defect is confirmed, full refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank
Damaged Product Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please take photos and video before opening. Contact us within 48 hours with proof of damage.
